Terms of service

By using Moldavite ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including content uploaded and credits spent.

2. User-generated content

Content you upload or generate remains yours. You grant Moldavite a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display it. Public courses are visible to other users and search engines.

You must have the right to upload anything you upload. Don't upload material you don't own or aren't licensed to use. See our DMCA policy.

3. Credits and payments

Free accounts receive a monthly credit grant. Paid plans grant more credits and may allow one-time top-ups. Monthly plan credits don't carry over month-to-month; purchased top-up credits roll over and don't expire. Credits have no cash value. Refunds are at our discretion.

4. AI-generated material

Generated lessons, problems, and explanations may contain errors. Use your own judgement and verify against primary sources before relying on AI-generated content for exams or coursework.

5. Prohibited uses

• Submitting work generated on Moldavite as your own when prohibited by your institution.
• Mass-scraping the Service or reselling generated content.
• Uploading copyrighted material you don't have rights to.
• Abuse, harassment, or content that violates applicable law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Moldavite is not affiliated with or endorsed by any university.
